The Sustainability Officer training program is an ongoing system. All courses are provided online with occasional opportunity to sit in on live training sessions. We have divided the material into three sections to organize your learning progress:
Sustainability Officer I is the foundations of your education. Starting with the Four Corners of Environmentalism, our program introduces the student to Green Awareness and the larger issues faced by business locally and environmentally.
Sustainability Officer II allows the student to explore a wide variety fo topics to become "knowledgeable" about the numerous issues that must be considered in any sustainable business.
Sustainability Officer III takes your training to a practical level. You will be taught to prepare a Sustainability Plan for nearly any kind of business. Additional courses are also offered to provide a broad educational experience.
We anticipate a 30-60 cycle for completion of your training, although the highly dedicated person can probably get through the materials in less than 30 days. The final project is the preparation of a Sustainable Report for a chosen business that must be submitted for grading. Click the image to sign up for classes.
